Ellow is a fashion brand dedicated to trendy and stylish women’s wear. We offer high-quality apparel, including Co-Ord sets made from 100% cotton with a minimalist, plain-color design.

What is a Campaign?

A campaign is a designed product you have created using our design tool in order to sell. Every item you create for selling purpose is named as “campaign”.

How do I create a campaign?

When you have completed a design in our design page, click on the “Sell This” button in the bottom right corner of the page. There you will find the page where the campaign pricing needs to be set. This is the actual price buyers will be paying when they will purchase the product from your campaign. Remember, you will have to set the pricing between the lower and the higher limit set by Fabrilife. You can also check your profit estimation simulation on the fly while setting your price.
Once you have set your price, you proceed and give the campaign its title, description, category, primary tags and optional tags. All these information are very important for your campaign and will be very helpful later on when it comes to the searchability and visibility of your campaign among the buyers.

Is Ellow a registered business?

Yes, Ellow operates as a sole proprietorship with a valid Trade License issued by the local authorities in Bangladesh.

How do I place an order?

To order, simply:

  1. Browse our website and select your favorite items.

  2. Add them to your shopping cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your details.

  4. Choose a payment method and confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Bkash, Nagad, Rocket (mobile banking)

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (only within Bangladesh)

Can I modify or cancel my order?

ou can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once the order is processed, cancellations are not possible.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.

Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?

Yes, we provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.

How long does delivery take?

  • Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days
